This Privacy Policy explains how TRIZARD TECH LLP ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use the TravelDiary mobile application (the "App"). By using the App, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
When you create an account or sign in, we collect information provided through your chosen sign-in method. TravelDiary supports Sign in with Apple and Google Sign-In, and manages authentication using Firebase Authentication. Depending on the method, this may include your name, email address, profile photo, and a unique account identifier. If you use Sign in with Apple, you may choose to hide your email, in which case Apple provides a private relay address instead.
You may also add optional profile details within the App, such as your first name, last name, and gender.
With your permission, the App accesses your device location while you are using the App to show your current position on the map and to let you save and pin the places you have visited. You can grant or revoke location access at any time in your device Settings. The App does not track your location in the background.
With your permission, the App accesses your camera to take photos and your photo library to select existing photos, so you can attach them to the locations and memories you save. We only access the specific photos you choose to add.
We collect and store the content you create in the App, including saved locations, addresses, coordinates, descriptions, ratings, folders, and whether you choose to mark a location as public or private.
We may collect basic technical information such as device type, operating system version, app version, and diagnostic data needed to operate the service and resolve issues.
